Doppelkeilriemen Profil AA 13 x 10 mm

 

Hexagonalriemen oder auch Doppelkeilriemen werden für den Einsatz in Serpentinenantrieben empfohlen, bei denen die Kraft von beiden Seiten übetragen werden soll.

Doppelkeilriemen sind mit einem speziellen Zugträger ausgestattet, um doppelte Leistungsanforderungen in Verbindung mit mehreren Umlenkungen zu erfüllen. Doppelkeilriemen verfügen über ein erstaunliches Drehmoment, enorme Stärke und Haltbarkeit, und werden in Antrieben mit einer oder mehr Rückwärtsbiegungen eingesetzt.

Doppelkeilriemen sind für Anwendungen konzipiert, bei denen plötzliche Richtungsänderungen im Riemenverlauf auftreten, die eine außergewöhnliche Belastung der Riemenkonstruktion darstellen. Doppelkeilriemen sind antistatisch und ölbeständig.

Doppelkeilriemen werden häufig in landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen, Reismühlen, Schälmaschinen, Färbeanlagen, Geflügelrupfmaschinen, etc. eingesetzt.
